We are planning a litter between Pepper and Carter of Kai-Lyn Shilohs for Winter 2008. Carter is a stunning boy with a magnificent temperament. The COI on this pairing is 13.8% over 10 generations.
This pedigree combines brothers Orso, Lobo and Angel in the 3rd, 4th and 5th generations respectively, with the benefit of genetic diversity through Boz in the 3rd on Carter's side and Artus in the 3rd on Pepper's side. We expect extremely typey puppies as this is somewhat of a line breeding on some very beautiful ancestors, with the added genetic benefits of the two outcrosses and thorough health testing on the sire and dam and great sires and dams.
Carter has been throwing so much of himself in the puppies he's sired to date. We anticipate his strong attibutes to be carried forward in the "Pepper puppies", hopefully similar to his striking progeny out of Raid The Wind Mountain Makeeda. (See Poppy)
This will be Pepper's first litter. We expect her to produce outstanding temperaments such as we see in all of her siblings along with an active and playful drive. Both Carter and Pepper will bring forth the rich pigment that we see throughout their ancestry.
A complete 10 generation pedigree and COI/COR/CovAx report is available upon request as is the littermate data on both Carter and Pepper.
